$1000 Grant Awarded to Cannon Ridge Homes Association

The City of Manassas and American Disposal Services have awarded the City’s first Community Recycling Grant award to Cannon Ridge Homes Association to develop communication and outreach materials for their diverse community and to encourage residents to recycle and reduce the amount of litter in common areas. The grant is open to Home Associations that are passionate about improving their community and gaining skills for their own experience and social benefit. HOA members know their particular community and the challenges faced as well as the opportunities that will benefit community members.

The Cannon Ridge Homes Association recognized the continued dedication and professionalism of Sequoia Management who gave extraordinary services to support their community and its members.

The Cannon Ridge Board of Directors awarded Sequoia Management this award for outstanding support during the year, 2014. Sequoia has been managing the Cannon Ridge Association since 1996, a long standing relationship of mutual respect and dedication.

We were able to create 40 food baskets for residents in the Centreville and Chantilly area! The recipients of your generous donations were overjoyed and beyond appreciative of your kindness! The Virginia Oaks Swim Team encourages community by welcoming neighbors to be part of their inspiring team environment. Last year, they provided a wonderful swimming experience to 200+ swimmers and their families. They believe these programs will give families an affordable way to keep kids safe in the water and foster the love of swimming for years to come. Congratulations to the Sea Devils for a great season.

Sequoia Steps Up to the Plate to Stop Diabetes

Sequoia raises funds for DiabetesFor our 4th year, Sequoia Management participated in and raised funds for the American Diabetes Association's signature fundraising walk, Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes. On Saturday, October 15, 2011 in Woodbridge, Virginia, Sequoia was awarded 2nd Place as a Corporate Fundraising Team for raising $8,044 which will help make a difference in the lives of 25.8 million Americans living with diabetes. Congratulations also to Jen Darwin, one of our Senior Community Managers, for receiving the Top Individual Fundraiser Award for raising $5,275. Thank you all for donating to this very important cause.


Supports the American Diabetes AssociationOn October 16, 2010, Sequoia Management joined the American Diabetes Association in their "Walk For A Photo of Sequoia TeamCure" in Prince William County. This was our 3rd year in participating with this worthy cause. We surpassed our fundraising goal and were recognized as the "Largest Corporate Contributor." Our own Jen Darwin and Craig Courtney served as Emcees for the event this year. Thank you to all who supported us.

17th Annual Virginia Run Turkey TrotSequoia Management is a sponsor of the Annual Virginia Run Turkey Trot. The Turkey Trot has raised nearly $50,000 that will be of immediate benefit to Life with Cancer. The community of Virginia Run expresses its sincere appreciation for your support to this year's event, and more importantly, to Life with Cancer.
