Parking

Each house receives two numbered parking spaces and one visitor guest permit. Visitor permits are required for the visitor parking spaces at all times, and all violators will be towed immediately at their own expense.

Visitor parking spaces are for visitors and guests only and not permitted to be used by homeowners/residents/tenants.

Parking in the visitor parking spaces for more than two consecutive days, or three consecutive days if on a weekend, is not permitted without advanced written approval from the Board of Directors. Vehicles in violation of this rule will be towed immediately without warning at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Billingsgate Lane is a state maintained street and is open for parking under County/Police jurisdiction.

At Sequoia, we provide our property and community managers continuing education to keep them current on the latest trends in real estate management. Our Sequoia professionals are members of the Community Associations Institute, the Virginia Association of Community Managers, the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Building Owners and Managers Institute which assists us in keeping our staff well-trained and qualified in managing your community and business.
