Sequoia Management works with homeowner and condominium associations and manages more than 105 residential communities in Northern Virginia. The Sequoia residential team has achieved a track record for not just meeting, but exceeding, the expectations of their clients. The community association boards with whom they work follow their recommendations nine out of ten times.

With our sister company, we provide each residential community 24-hour, round-the-clock service. Each of our community managers have a full-time, administrative assistant. Each management team handles all aspects of your community administration – from collections to compliance. Responsiveness and reliability are an integral part of our quality programming. We know your time is valuable. Therefore, each member of the Sequoia team is trained to respond quickly to your needs – from the receptionist who assists callers and visitors to our back-office support staff and managers.

Over the years, we have built strong working relationships with reliable contractors, who give responsive, quality service at competitive rates. Because of this contractor network, you can rely on us to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Our Sequoia managers keep a tight rein on expenses, while maintaining the appearance, quality and value of homeowners’ properties.

Our management fee is all inclusive. You won’t receive bills for add-ons like copying, coupon booklets, mailing labels, long distance calls, after-hours emergency calls or court appearances.

At Sequoia Management, our philosophy is simple: Managing your most important asset is our greatest concern. We believe the best professional management is found on your property, not behind a desk. Sequoia manages your property on a weekly basis. Our presence ensures that your property is cared for properly. Sequoia personnel currently work with homeowner, town home, and condominium associations to manage more than 105 residential communities composed of more than 32,487 homes, as well as 21 commercial buildings and associations representing over nearly 162,244 square feet of commercial space. Sequoia Management strongly upholds a code of ethics and stays current on industry bylaws and standards and practices to assist you to make the best possible decisions for your community.

Our management style is hands-on. We anticipate your needs, provide dedicated service to your property, and protect your property’s value. At Sequoia, we provide our property and community managers continuing education to keep them current on the latest trends in real estate management. Our Sequoia professionals are members of the Community Associations Institute, the Virginia Association of Community Managers, the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Building Owners and Managers Institute which assists us in keeping our staff well-trained and qualified in managing your community and business. Three of the communities we manage have won Community Association of the Year Awards.
